The plan? Where are we going?

We kinda got off-track already,I know.   But we do need a plan for moving ahead from where we are now.

It's too late to keep our alliance secret from the server, so Do we go ahead and get everyone in?  Or do we go back to waiting for everyone to settle a second village?

Others will be moving on some of the croppers we will need.  So we will need them zeroed for our members.  That would require catapults, and at least one account built up much faster than the rest in order to get them.  So how do we handle this?

The Alliance is now up and running so we just take people in now as we get spaces
